A: The Connie Foundation's mission is to assist local families affected by breast cancer in overcoming problems relating to this disease.
Q: Who is eligible for assistance?
A: Local residents who have had breast cancer or their immediate families. All requests must be made in writing (no phone calls, please) along with supportive material verifying/qualifiying the need and sent to: Connie J. Goodale Cancer Foundation: P.O. Box 15015, West Palm Beach, FL 33416
Q: Can I volunteer?
A: Of course, click on "Contact Us." You can help for a couple hours or year-round or somewhere in between.
Q: How can I make a donation and is it tax-deductible?
A: The Connie Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation and all donations are fully deductible. Donations can be made out to the Connie J Goodale Cancer Foundation and sent to the Foundation at P.O. Box 15015, West Palm Beach, FL 33416
